Today's Topic - Week three Evaluation
This week moved away from the physical manifestations of panic and anxiety into the alot more subtle, however all critical realm of our mental makeup.
This past week seriously focused on our view of reality: who we believe we are, who we want to be and what we anticipate and accept from ourselves, other persons and in our lives.
Even though it's not instantly apparent what this all has to do with panic and anxiety, it is in fact crucial since who we are, is pure consciousness.
In my discussion on self esteem I included a quote by T Harv Eker, "Your inner planet, creates your outer planet!" This quote is the basis for this entire week. It has been said in similar ways by a large number of people today from a large number of various cultures, all through the history of mankind. Even though we have all heard these sayings over and over for the duration of the course of our lives, we haven't taken them to heart and we desperately want to.
It's up to us to make the adjustments in our lives that we will need to make in order to really feel greater about ourselves and our lives.
We all want one thing from our time here. I think we all have a purpose that we came to share with the globe. There is no massive or modest purpose. All purposes are grand, regardless if it is to teach your young children how to grow or to teach the masses how to grow, they are equally imperative and valued.
Merely stated, we have to have to follow our heart.
I'm studying the Heartmath Strategy by Doc Childre and Howard Martin. It explains that the heart has an intelligence of its own and is a sender and receiver of positive and negative power. There have been quite a few scientific investigations into the heart in its physical and subtle form and the authors suggest that the heart literally is our center of creativity, compassion, confidence and power. It is extremely thought provoking material, but the reason I am telling you this is considering that Howard Martin asked two questions which genuinely threw me for a loop. They are potentially life altering. So let me repeat them for you:
1) Feel of a time in your life where you followed your heart. What was the eventual outcome?
two) Believe of a time in your life where you did not follow your heart. What was the eventual outcome?
These are extremely simple questions, but very profound for me. The times in my life where I followed my heart, the outcome was incredible and life altering. I never saw it at the time and from time to time it even appeared that I was taking steps backwards in my life, but the new path normally ended up catapulting me further, quicker than I could have ever imagined.
The times in my life where I let my head out feel my heart, nothing happened. I either regretted the decision, or I was stagnant.
Think about these questions. Use your intuition.
This must motivate you to understand what you want, which will doubly motivate you to go following it. This is the path of taking care of ourselves.
You need to take care of your self! That indicates all of you! As valuable as it is to sleep, eat, physical exercise and drink a lot of water in order to keep the physical body running smoothly, you also will need to take care of the mental and emotional side of you (the actual you) by loving and appreciating your self, empowering yourself with positive self talk and a wholesome self-esteem, getting assertive and eliminating uncertainty from your life by taking responsibility for your life.
When you take responsibility for your life it leads you to the next step: Action.
Your purpose, desire and inspiration comes from inside. Really feel it. Brainstorm techniques to bring that out in your self and show it to the globe. This will motivate you. Then take action.
This action is second nature. There is no stopping it or holding it back with out repercussions. So just go for it!
Just remember, when you make a promise to yourself you greater keep it! If you tell yourself you are going to do something and you don't, you are telling your self you are a liar. It is better to not make a promise to your self than to promise yourself some thing you won't do.
The procedure from desire to inspiration to motivation to action is the method of manifestation. Everything we want in our life comes about via this procedure. We usually do not notice what we are performing, for the reason that it is hardwired in us.
"Be the alter you want to see in the globe" - Mahatma Gandhi
Once you focus on what you want and how you will achieve it and you get excited about you and your dream, there is small room for something else. If you come across fear and uncertainty or negative self-speak, empower your self with your vision and desire and charge headfirst into the fray. You will see your fears evaporate ahead of you. (Even more on this later)
I know I have walked the line among mainstream and spirituality with this discourse, but I personally don't know a different way. I am a spiritual individual. I have read a lot of dry psychology books that try to explain the mind utilizing only scientific terms. They all miss the point. Seriously. Why are we so complicated? There ought to be a point to all of it. That indicates there is a purpose. Science has confirmed that the odds of Earth creating and supporting life are astronomical. That's just for the atmosphere. The odds that water would be pure enough to support life is just as astronomical. When you feel about it, in order for this complete planet, dare I say the entire Universe, to have come about by chance (accident) is a long shot so unfathomable it would boggle the mind. Each species of plant and animal had to win an intergalactic lottery in order to survive or face immediate extinction. The reality that we are
here suggests a purpose to the Universe.
I've told you all this mainly because you too have a purpose!
You in all probability already know what it is. You just need to have to think in
yourself enough to go following it!
I know you can do it!
To your health and success! You are on track!
